Therefore the new Blond Studio 9 Levels can be used exclusively with L’Oréal Professionnel foil (Soft Alloy 8079, 20μm or Soft Alloy 1200 18μm) or Easi-Meche. • For optimal results, use with Blond Studio Oil Developers and always tone Blond Studio services with DIA by L'Oréal Professionnel
HOW TO
Can be used in a foil technique (ratio 1,1:5 of powder to developer), open air (1:1 ratio of powder to developer).
