At Shaba Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Shaba Cosmetics account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
